  • Establish AI Governance and Policies: Organizations must adapt their policies and controls to encompass AI systems, defining procedures for data collection, responsibilities, and periodic reviews to ensure bias-free AI development. 
  • Promote a Culture of Ethics: Encouraging a culture of ethics and social responsibility within the AI development process is essential. This can include training on diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethics, setting KPIs, and recognizing employees for mitigating bias.
